Your shipment should move, not sit at customs.
Quick Release Customs identifies compliance issues before your shipment arrives, helping you clear efficiently, reduce avoidable storage exposure, and meet CBSA requirements with confidence.
What We Handle
End-to-end customs brokerage for commercial importers, from pre-shipment review to final release.
Commercial Customs Clearance
Commercial Accounting Declaration preparation, tariff classification, and CBSA release for commercial shipments of all sizes.
PARS & Pre-Arrival
Pre-Arrival Review System filings for truck shipments, submitted before your cargo crosses the border.
CARM & RPP Support
We guide importers through CARM registration and help set up their Release Prior to Payment bond. RPP enrolment and financial security remain the importer's responsibility.
HS Tariff Classification
Proper tariff classification helps determine the correct duty treatment and reduce the risk of errors, reassessments, and delays.
IID & CFIA Filings
We assist with applicable IID, CFIA, and other government department requirements, including document review, electronic filings, and the coordination of required permits or inspections.
Pre-Shipment Compliance Review
Send us your documents before the cargo ships. We identify issues while there's still time to address them.
Clearance without the guesswork
Three steps. Proactive preparation. Fewer avoidable surprises.
Submit your documents
Share your commercial invoice, packing list, and any permits. We review everything before your cargo arrives to identify issues early.
We prepare and file
We classify your goods, prepare the commercial customs accounting declaration, file with CBSA, and handle any OGD requirements proactively.
Your cargo is released
We confirm release and keep you informed at every step. Our goal is to reduce avoidable delays and storage exposure.

The difference is preparation
Many preventable customs delays begin with incomplete documentation or unresolved compliance requirements.
We review before arrival
Most delays happen because problems are caught at the border. We identify them first, while there's still time to act.
We explain, not just file
You'll always know what we filed, why, and what to expect. No black box, no surprises.
We're reachable
Real responses from a licensed broker, not a ticket queue. When your shipment is on the line, you need answers fast.

Is your CARM account actually ready for your next shipment?
Registering in the CARM Client Portal is only the first step. Many importers discover gaps only when a shipment is held at the border. Work through the checklist below to see where you stand.
CARM setup path
This checklist is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a compliance assessment or legal advice. Only a licensed customs broker can confirm your readiness for a specific shipment.
CARM Readiness Checklist
1. Registered in the CARM Client Portal
Your business has an active account at carm.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca and can log in.
2. Importer program added to your account
Within the portal, you have added the Importer business program to your business account - not just the portal registration itself.
3. Authority delegated to your customs broker
You have sent a delegation request to Quick Release Customs (or your current broker) inside the portal, and the broker has accepted it. Without this, your broker cannot transact on your behalf.
4. Enrolled in Release Prior to Payment (RPP)
RPP allows your goods to be released before duties and taxes are paid. Without RPP, full payment is required at the time of release, which can delay your shipment.
5. Required financial security posted
To participate in RPP, importers must post a financial security (bond or cash deposit) with CBSA. The amount is based on your import volume. This must be in place before your first RPP release.
